General description

Independently checks, executes, solve (where appropriate), and creates tickets (problem ticket, change management ticket, incident, delivery order (DO)) in order to maintain service to customers according to given quality KPIs and internal processes (INM, CHM, PRM, DOM). Is familiar with DevOps and Agile methods. Performs operational tasks as well as basic development tasks on Cloud environment.

 

Accountabilities

  • Overview and uderstanding cloud platforms
  • Aministration of cloud based technologies
  • Installation and deployment of new features,  cloud environment based on VMware technology 
  • Python programming within Open Source Frameworks / Java programing / Perl scripting (advantage)
  • Work on basis of DevOps model - less focus on process and more on content
  • Development according to Agile methodology – SCRUM
  • Cooperation in the field of implementation and testing of the developed solution
  • Creation of technical documentation
  • Creative approach within complex solution and technology used
  • Active participation on research & development projects
  • Investigate and analyze the root cause of incidents and initiate corrective actions
  • Conformity with the internal work instructions and process guidelines within company.
  • Follow the defined escalation standards in case of deviations.
  • Investigate the root cause of incidents and initiate actions to improve or correct the situation.
  • Participate on regular and/or irregular communication with colleagues in an international environment to ensure operational goals.
  • Participation on on-call duties , independent solving and troubleshooting of incidents and errors within defined expertise
  • Coordinates the use of internal technical support and vendor support to ensure troubleshooting, maintenance, and an efficient end-user support.
  • Train and participate on education of other employees.
  • Perform team specific non-technical tasks such as quality/ process/ reporting to support daily operation.
  • Create, change and delete user accounts.

 

Requirements

Education

  • Information technologies- Secondary education

 

Experience

  • ICT System- 1 year

 

Certification

  • Verified certification in given platform

 

IT Technical Skills

  • Windows server Administration-  Intermediate
  • Linux server Administration - Basic 
  • Cloud Networking - Basic 
  • Active directory -  Intermediate
  • Backup and strorage-  Intermediate

 

Soft skills

  • Agile methodology - Basic

Languages

  • English- Upper intermediate (B2)

Salary
Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 930 EUR/brutto.
