Our vision of the Chapter Performance Management
- Ensuring the commercial control of PU Cloud Services by implementing innovative and integrated planning and forecasting methods and processes
- Further development of the control and data models of the PU and combination of finance data with process and market data
- Further development of the "Business Analytics" competence to carry out deviation and trend analyses
- Establishment and further development of BI (Business Intelligence) competence for the design of dynamic reports and for the use of complex performance analyses
- Closer international cooperation with the global Performance Management chapters and the Global Competence House
Tasks
As a "Business Performance Manager Cloud Services (m/f/d)" you will take on the following interesting and complex tasks:
- Support the SVP of PU Cloud Services directly for hands-on tasks, such as distribution and tracking of work packages, preparation of appointments or creation of presentations on senior management/board level
- Transfer of management decisions and directions into comprehensive written and visualized communication specific for different audiences like board level, clients, and markets
- Preparation of all documents necessary to maintain the management system on PU level and for running their respective meeting schemes, including management off-sites, reviews, weeklies, etc.
- Orchestrating participation, preparation, and alignment with MC members to assure effective decision making
- Cross-functional cooperation and coordination within the PU Cloud Services as well as other stakeholders within TSI / Deutsche Telekom AG
- Anticipatory planning and tracking of meetings, alignments, deadlines and active maintaining of the PU management system to continuously improve PU management efficiency
- Promote the critical topics actively in the areas of cloud services go-to-market, portfolio management, cloud services partner management from a group-wide perspective
- Supporting the Chief of Staff with coordination of the SVP staff team to secure backoffice operations
Profile
In addition to studying Economics/Business Administration and/or a postgraduate degree you also have experience and knowledge of:
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of IT/TK and implementation of interdisciplinary projects
- Proven project management experience with excellent planning skills
- Extensive experience in the areas of strategic management and business development within or outside the Deutsche Telekom Group
- Extensive experience in Organizational Transformation and Change Management
- Excellent knowledge in agile working methods and practical experience with the SAFE agile methodology
- Proven experience in planning, organizing and moderating events, workshops and other formats
- Outstanding communication and visualization skills in Microsoft Powerpoint to shape comprehensive messaging
- Excellent writing skills (German and English)
- Teamwork, diplomatic skills, confident, and highly persuasive
- Ability to deal with conflicts as well as independent and reliable way of working
- High level of analytical and abstraction skills
- Excellent knowledge and confident handling of Microsoft Office applications in general, especially Power Point and Excel
