  • Identify weaknesses in used processes and eliminate them following industry and internal standards.

 

Accountabilities

  • Perform, coordinate and improve most complex activities needed to provide IT services and the supporting infrastructure in order to fulfill relevant KPI’s.
  • Provision, install and upgrade Middleware components, as per configuration procedures and documented standards.
  • Trobleshooting and solving debugging issues.
  • Install new software releases, system upgrades, install patches and resolves software related problems.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex tickets or escalate complex tickets with direct/potential impact related to IT infrastructure.
  • Investigate the root cause of complex incidents and then initiate actions  to improve or correct the situation.
  • Evaluate, authorize, prioritize, plan, test, implement, document and review complex changes in controlled manner or escalate to higher authority.
  • Assess actual performance of IT infrastructure against its predicted performance (any deviations between the two should be understood and proactively remediated, with vendors if necessary).
  • Create and maintain technical documentation to support IT service.
  • Identify weaknesses in used processes and eliminate them following industry and internal standards.
  • Plan, implement and apply maintenance fixes to support organization’s business.
  • On call support.

 

Requirements

Education

  • Secondary education - Information technologies,

 

Experience

  • ICT System Egineering - 5 years of experience,

 

Language

  • English - Upper intermediate (B2)

 

IT Technical Skills

  • Core platform knowledge - deploying and supporting middleware applications (apache, tomcat, jboss, MQ, WAS, IHS etc)
  • UNIX/Linux/Windows operating system administration knowledge
  • knowledge of programming (bash, java)
  • CFT knowledge good to have
  • ITIL knowledge,

Salary

Monthly salary range is  1150 - 1500 € brutto + variable part of salary + other financial benefits. The final basic wage component can be adjusted accordingly to individual skills and experience of selected candidate.
